For hygienic reasons, the products of Beauty X ( with the exception of our ponytails) our jewelry, are NOT taken back, if you have made the return, this will unfortunately not be reimbursed or refunded. All the other returns are at the customer's expense. The prices stated include VAT and exclude shipping costs. If you have ordered an item and it later comes on sale, we unfortunately cannot make retroactive settlements. Items purchased during the promotional period cannot claim the terms and conditions of a later promotion.
Farosa is not liable for any delays or failure to deliver due to the actions of the courier.
Deliveries take place within 1 to 5 working days for Belgium and 2 to 10 working days within EU unless otherwise stated.
Deliveries take place when the product has been received by you or on your behalf. An order will only be delivered after full payment
We will ensure that the products you purchase are delivered to the address you indicate within the indicated delivery period, we always choose the most suitable means of distribution. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation.
All products purchased from Farosa are the responsibility of the customer. So that means once Farosa has transferred the delivery to the courier, you can no longer make a claim.
Farosa can change its prices at any time and is not responsible for products that disappear from the collection.
You have the obligation to immediatly inspect the delivered products, in the event of defects you must contact us as soon as possible within 5 working days.
We guarantee all our products they are all carefully checked and packed before being shipped.
We can cancel an order if it is no longer in stock and will keep you informed and without Farosa paying any compensation. You can also contact us for your return so that we can provide you with the correct return adres.
Some dimensions of our jewelry are described in our webshop, but some are not, these are the normal standard sizes, they are fitted with an extra add- on piece so that we are sure that it will always fit.
We are not responsible for purchases made by minors, so it is importent that the adult supervises the actions.
Photos owned by Farosa may under no circumstances be copied without written permission, If such a situation should arise, we are forced to take legal action. If you do not know which photos are involved, please feel free to contact us.
In the event of force majeure, Farosa has the right to suspend the execution of your order at its own discretion or to dissolve it without a judicial agreement and to notify you of this in writing or otherwise and without Farosa being obliged to pay any compensation.
